We are pleased to showcase Ryan Anderson, one of our ACT/SAT Prep math instructors, in this month’s Tutor Spotlight. Growing up in Kansas City, Ryan was a 2001 graduate of Oak Park High School. He received an undergraduate degree in Education from Northwest Missouri State University and then went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Graceland University. Ryan has been teaching mathematics at Osage Trail Middle School in the Fort Osage School District since 2006.

Ryan’s favorite hobby is traveling and planning out his next adventure. He just returned from a trip to South Korea and is currently planning a trip to Belgium and the Netherlands this summer. He enjoys learning about new places and then getting to go experience them for himself.

When asked what he enjoys most about tutoring, Ryan responded, “I’ve always enjoyed the challenge of understanding how other people think and learn. Tutoring allows me to take on that challenge in a one-to-one environment where I get to experience the results instantly.”

We are glad to have you at the Center, Ryan!
