We are pleased to showcase Andrew Kindiger in this month’s Tutor Spotlight. With strong roots in the Liberty area, Andrew is a graduate of Liberty High School where he was an active member of the Debate Team. Andrew received his undergraduate degree in English from Truman State University. He is currently working on a Master of Fine Arts degree through the University of New Orleans.

Andrew has extensive experience in the education field. He has previously worked as a professor at Southern University, an instructor in the writing center at the University of New Orleans, and an AVID tutor in the Park Hill School District.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys reading and traveling. His favorite book is The Trial by Franz Kafka. If he could have any superpower, Andrew would choose the ability to travel back in time so that he could more deeply explore historical events.

What Andrew most likes about tutoring is having the opportunity to help students learn and finding creative ways to explain abstract ideas.

We are glad to have you at the Center, Andrew!
